The Annunciation Women’s Guild is an organization whose purpose is to raise funds for the restoration and improvement of Cathedral properties and furnishings. All women of the community are members of the Women’s Guild.

In addition to the Cathedral properties, the Women's Guild raised funds for: Hellenic Heritage Museum and Archives of Maryland, Ronald McDonald House, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Mentis Fund Donation, Social Services, St. Basil’s Academy, GOYA, Evangelakia, Kitchen Renovations, Annunciation Library, Agora, Angel’s Haven, Johns Hopkins, Victim Relief, Earthquake Relief, IOCC, Epilepsy Association of Maryland, Cooley’s Anemia, The Children’s Home, House of Ruth, GOCSS, School of Chimes, The Wellness Community, University of Maryland Medical System Pediatric Unit, Teen Harbor Game Room at University of Maryland Pediatric Unit, CYC Camp, Father Monios’ Memorial Fund, St. George Church in New York City following September 11^th, Tsunami Relief, Hurricane Katrina Relief and Johns Hopkins Breast Cancer Research.
